Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects within our Transformation Execution Team. You will support and improve a broad range of PM operations, including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications and risk.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, receive PM training, and contribute to innovative methodologies while traveling as needed. EY offers a hybrid model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field with relevant consulting experience.
• Experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge of process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative client engagements in transformation risk and project management.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality client services and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Communicate improvements and help implement project management methodologies.
