Job summary

EY US Government & Public Sector practice seeks qualified professionals to help federal, state, and local agencies manage programs and projects. You’ll support transformation, program management, and governance in a hybrid environment, with access to extensive PM training and leadership development.

Ideal candidates bring relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, and comfort with travel up to 30–80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field with relevant experience
• At least 1 year of experience leading teams on engagements
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project or Primavera) and SharePoint
• Willingness to travel to client sites and obtain required clearances

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative client engagements within EY’s Transformation Risk Team
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations for organizational improvements
• Deliver high-quality client services consistently
• Establish enduring relationships with key stakeholders and client personnel
• Stay updated on business and industry trends relevant to clients’ needs
• Develop leadership skills through mentoring staff and advancing competency
• Explain and implement EY’s portfolio, program, and project management methodologies
• Support people-related initiatives through competency development and recruitment efforts
