Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Disruption Designer to guide government clients through our Design Intelligence framework. You will center human needs, framing change and adoption strategies while engaging stakeholders to embrace new ways of working and reduce resistance.

You will conduct workshops, synthesize insights, and develop communication plans, training programs, and change-management strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance.
• 4+ years of experience in change management and well-versed in change management best practices and models.
• Experience in current state assessments, future state visioning and communication planning.
• Experience conducting user and stakeholder interviews and synthesizing data into personas and training plans.
• A natural curiosity for solving problems with strong analytical skills.
• A collaborative nature with excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a project-based environment.
• Degree, equivalent experience, and/or certification in change management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery to understand client mission, stakeholders, users, ecosystems and objectives.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to frame pain points and change readiness.
• Synthesize research and craft stories to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Develop and deploy communication, pilot and training plans with stakeholders and customers.
• Develop and deploy change management plans for workflow improvement.
• Develop, deploy and measure KPIs for transformation and adoption.
• Collaborate and communicate user needs on a cross-functional agile team.
• Understand technology constraints and integrate change management into solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables across projects are produced at the highest quality.
