Job summary
UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to guide government clients through our Design Intelligence framework, from discovery to interface design. You will conduct user research, create personas and journey maps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting to deliver accessible, high-quality digital experiences.
You will lead workshops, translate insights into design decisions, and ensure deliverables meet usability and accessibility standards across multi-platform
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX and UI experience designing viable solutions for multi-platform digital products
- Portfolio demonstrating ideology, methods, tools, skills, and craft
- Experience conducting primary and secondary user research including interviews, workshops, heuristic evaluation, and card sorting
- Experience with 508 compliance requirements
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and writing user stories
Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery to understand client mission, goals, stakeholders and users
- Conduct workshops and interviews to frame pain points and opportunities
- Translate user needs into an implementable digital experience
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team in an Agile environment
- Design intuitive, accessible interfaces and validate through testing
