Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies improve their programs and projects. In the Transformation Risk Team, you will support program management operations across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will work with client teams, apply PM knowledge to meaningful projects, access robust PM training, and contribute to a flexible, hybrid work environment with opportunities for travel

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a business-related field and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge and experience in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and metrics development.
• Proactively identifying team and client needs; able to work independently with minimal supervision; manage shifting priorities.
• Experience with one or more PM software packages and SharePoint; willingness to travel to client sites; able to obtain and maintain a clearance.

• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations and methodologies for organizational, process and technology improvements.

• Communicating improvements from EY US’ portfolio management, PM and project management methodologies.
• Developing people through effective leadership, coaching and mentoring of staff.
• Supporting people-related initiatives through competency brand building.
