As a member of our Transformation Risk Team, you’ll work with government clients to support and improve a broad range of PM operations, including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications,

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree as specified and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge of process improvement and performance measurement concepts.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and client relations.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Oracle Primavera) and SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel to client sites; ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead collaborative client engagements within the Transformation Risk Team.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative organizational, process and technology improvements.
• Deliver quality client services and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Stay current on business trends relevant to clients’ needs and pursue leadership development.
• Communicate improvements and help implement EY PM methodologies; mentor staff.
