Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and leadership, with travel to client sites and a strong focus on governance, scope, time, and cost management across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a business-related field is required, with relevant experience
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements
• Knowledge in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics development

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead collaborative client engagements
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations
• Deliver quality client services consistently
• Establish enduring relationships with key stakeholders
• Stay abreast of industry trends relevant to client businesses
• Mentor staff and develop teams on engagements
• Support portfolio management and project management methodologies
• Travel to client sites as required (up to travel guidelines)
