Job summary

EY US is actively seeking qualified professionals to support federal, state and local agencies through transformation risk and program management initiatives. The role emphasizes leading teams, managing scope, schedule and budget, and delivering measurable outcomes across complex government programs.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, leverage PM training, and mentor staff while traveling as needed to client sites within a hybrid EY model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge in process improvement and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead collaborative client engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to develop recommendations for organizational and process improvements.
• Deliver high-quality client services and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Travel to client sites as required (up to travel guidelines).
