Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to support government programs and projects within the Transformation Risk Team, helping clients improve program management across scope, time, cost, and quality. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and have access to PM training and leadership development.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of consulting or relevant experience, with travel to client sites and the ability to lead teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements
• Knowledge of process improvement and performance measurement
• Experience with PM software (MS Project or Oracle Primavera)
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and customer engagement support
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and mentor staff
• Ability to travel to client sites (up to 80% in some practices)
• Experience in federal/state/local government projects is a plus
