Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to support federal, state and local agencies with transformation and program-management services. You will lead PM engagements, apply governance, and drive improvements across scope, schedule, cost, and quality while collaborating with client teams and EY resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field.
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies, governance and control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support government program management engagements for federal, state and local clients.
• Apply project management best practices to scope, schedule, cost, quality and risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client staff to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop innovative recommendations and methodologies for process improvements.
• Mentor staff and contribute to business development efforts.
• Travel to client sites as required (up to ~80% in certain practices, up to ~30% in federal work).
