Job summary

EY US is actively seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects. You’ll work within the Transformation Risk Team on diverse engagements, applying program management knowledge to deliver results for government clients.

The role offers a hybrid work model, opportunities for training, and a path to leadership within EY’s Government and Public Sector practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering or a business-related field.
At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
Knowledge in process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera; SharePoint experience is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites; ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead collaborative project engagements with client teams in a program management context.
Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations for process improvements.
Deliver high-quality client services and maintain enduring client relationships.
Communicate portfolio management and PM methodologies to stakeholders.
Mentor staff and support people-related initiatives across engagements.
