Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B technology or government-contracting environment is a plus.
• High attention to detail in a highly regulated public sector setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute Public Sector lead generation across digital, social, email and events.
• Manage the lead lifecycle from capture to recruitment follow-up.
• Coordinate high-impact events (in-person and virtual) for public sector audiences.
• Promote a mission-driven culture and compliant employer branding.
• Analyze and report campaign performance to leadership.
• Leverage AI and marketing automation to improve workflows and targeting.
• Maintain cross-functional alignment on messaging, timing, and compliance.
• Create tailored content and assets for government and military-adjacent professionals.
