Aditi Consulting is seeking a data-driven Talent Marketing Manager or Senior Specialist to execute regional employer branding and talent marketing initiatives for our AMER Public Sector business. You will run multi-channel campaigns targeting government, military, aerospace, and missionforce professionals, delivering compelling employer branding under tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates have strong process discipline, attention to detail, and hands-on MarTech experience with Campaign Manager

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing.
• High attention to detail with experience following strict processes in regulated environments.
• Curiosity about AMER Public Sector hiring landscape and relevant channels.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns in Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA.
• Analytical, metrics-driven with ability to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute Public Sector Lead Generation across digital, social, email, paid programs, events, and partnerships.
• Manage the Lead Lifecycle from capture to recruitment follow-up with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate high-impact events (in-person and virtual) tailored to public sector personas.
• Promote a mission-driven culture with compliant employer branding in the marketplace.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Leverage AI and marketing automation to improve workflows and targeting.
• Maintain cross-functional alignment on messaging and timelines across channels.
• Create candidate-focused marketing content and assets.
