Qualifications

• Experience in full life cycle recruiting in Public Sector.
• Direct research with Public Sector and Security Cleared hiring preferred.
• 2+ years of Public Sector hiring people management experience.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of recruiting professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Recruiters supporting Public Sector Sales hiring in North America.
• Develop recruiting specifications with hiring managers and driving strategy.
• Manage performance reviews, onboarding, training, coaching and counselling.
• Guide hiring managers on candidate sourcing, channels and market conditions; manage senior hires.
