Aditi Consulting is seeking an Analyst, Talent Acquisition to join our North American team. You will partner with hiring teams and drive full‑lifecyle recruitment for Marketing roles, balancing strategic insight with hands‑on execution.

In this role you will source and screen candidates, manage candidate experiences, and collaborate with Sourcing, Onboarding, DE&I and Compensation teams to meet staffing metrics. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years in lieu of degree).
• Experience recruiting Marketing professionals and using ATS (Workday preferred).
• Experience with social media sourcing and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring teams on talent demand, trends, and market intelligence for staffing strategies.
• Recruit for Marketing roles and support other skills as needed.
• Host strategy meetings with hiring teams and collaborate across TA functions.
• Source and screen applicants, manage dispositioning and requisition maintenance.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and drive time-to-fill metrics.
• Oversee onboarding and participate in special projects.
