Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects. You will design, configure, and develop custom forms, templates, and workflows, while producing clean code and integrating software components.

The role involves troubleshooting, documenting use cases, and creating project reports. This full-time, hybrid position may require travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with COTS, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
• Strong data analytics and ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing forms, templates, and workflows.
• Produce clean code based on specifications and integrate components.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Document customer use cases and business processes.
• Support planning and strategy discussions to address risks and issues.
• Develop project reports (Schedule, QA Plan, Testing Plan, Conversion Plan).
• Work with low-code platforms and configuration methodology.
