Job summary

Public Consulting Group seeks a full-time Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects. You will design, configure, and develop custom forms, templates, and workflows, and produce clean code based on defined specifications.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and strong MS Office, SQL, SPSS skills. This is a hybrid position with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience is required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with public sector tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations and complex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing forms, templates, and workflows.
• Produce clean code per specifications and integrate components.
• Gather and document customer use cases and business processes.
• Create technical documentation for reporting and reference.
• Support planning, risk discussions, and project scheduling.
