Job summary

SOVRA is seeking a Supplier Success Manager to support public procurement programs across states with a remote US basis and EST preference. The role emphasizes onboarding suppliers, guiding program participation, and leading one-to-one supplier meetings and outreach initiatives.

You will coordinate with account management, supplier enablement, and program success teams, crafting market-informed engagement plans and ensuring compliant, effective contract promotions.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience across customer success, account management, partnerships, or client services with focus on client outcomes.
• Public procurement exposure in government or cooperative purchasing environment.
• SaaS or GovTech background aligning programs to customer and supplier needs.
• Consultative communication through live conversations, webinars, and facilitation.
• Experience creating and executing business, account, or marketing plans.
• Strong CRM discipline and cross-functional coordination.
• Direct supplier engagement to help stakeholders adopt and promote programs.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers into programs and guide through participation steps.
• Lead one-to-one supplier meetings to clarify opportunities and next steps.
• Build outreach cadences across live conversations, emails, webinars, and events.
• Help suppliers develop plans to promote awarded contracts to local government agencies.
• Shape vendor outreach plans and contract-promotion strategies based on market insights.
• Coordinate across account management, supplier enablement, compliance, and program success; travel up to 25%.
