You will design and implement cutting-edge solutions for K12, Higher Education, and local government customers, aligning technical strategy with their business needs. You will partner with account teams and CX to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization while staying current on industry trends and Cisco technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer facing, field-sales engineering role or network engineering role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Cisco technologies, including networking, security, collaboration, or cloud solutions
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas

Responsibilities

• Dive into customers’ business to gain understanding of challenges and opportunities and develop technical strategies
• Work with partners, architecture teams, and CX to ensure adoption and optimization of solutions
• Partner with Account Manager to drive a robust pipeline through discovery, demos, and deliverables
• Build and maintain relationships with customers via in-person meetings and non-transactional touchpoints
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive strategy
