GitLab is seeking a Public Sector Strategic Account Executive for Federal Civilian, remote in the United States. You will drive strategic account planning and align GitLab's DevSecOps platform with agency priorities to deliver secure, modern software.

In this role you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, manage executive stakeholders, navigate government procurement, and shape outcomes that advance mission goals while leveraging AI to boost productivity and security.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technology solutions into U.S. Federal Civilian agencies.
• Ability to manage large, complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling approach linking technical decisions to mission outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow strategic prospects and customers across U.S. Federal Civilian agencies to expand qualified pipeline.
• Build and execute account plans aligning stakeholders, criteria, steps, and roadmaps.
• Lead account direction across pre- and post-sales activities with cross-functional teams.
• Drive prospecting, pipeline generation, and forecast updates for large accounts.
• Navigate federal procurement cycles and position FedRAMP-enabled solutions.
• Develop consultative proposals and executive presentations aligning capabilities with agency needs.
• Represent customer voice via product ideas and win/loss analyses.
• Educate customers on AI capabilities and align with mission outcomes.
