Job summary

F5 is seeking a Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership within a Sales region, focusing on Cloud, AI, DevOps and Security. You will collaborate with Sales to define solutions that meet customer needs and mentor the Solution Engineering community.

You’ll work with product management and services teams to support launches and updates, and share knowledge through whitepapers, trainings and blogs. Strong communication to executives and technical staff is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience as stated in the job description.
• 5+ years in a presales role with solution demonstrations.
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience; certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, AI, DevOps, and security domains.

Responsibilities

• Work on strategic opportunities within the assigned region and provide technical expertise.
• Evaluate trade-offs between alternatives from technical and business perspectives.
• Act as evangelist and thought leader in your area of specialization.
• Learn adjacent technologies to extend core knowledge as needed.
• Collaborate with other solution architects and leaders to share ideas and identify customer pain points.
• Provide technical and business understanding for product launches and updates.
