Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a seasoned Public Sector sales professional in Washington DC to build and lead a Public Sector Sales team, engaging with technical and non-technical buyers to drive revenue and adoption of Cloudflare services.

You will manage account plans, negotiate contracts, and develop long-term strategic relationships while navigating longer sales cycles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years selling technical solutions to the Public Sector.
• Experience managing longer, complex sales cycles.
• Basic understanding of networking and how the internet works.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and terms quickly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment.
• Experience selling to SLED customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an account/territory plan for a Public Sector sales team.
• Drive sales in defined territory to achieve revenue targets.
