Job summary

Kooth seeks a Director of Revenue Development to lead public-sector pathways and translate growth strategy into direct contracting opportunities with state agencies, counties, and higher education institutions. You will own a revenue target while coordinating with a Regional VP of Growth & Government Affairs across prioritized markets.

In this remote-first role, you will build executive relationships, define procurement pathways, and drive opportunities from development to signed contracts,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to secure funded institutional customers and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience delivering revenue through large contracts (e.g., $500,000+).
• Experience building a qualified pipeline aligned with priority markets.
• Strong proposal, business case, RFP/RFI development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio across Kooth’s markets, progressing opportunities from development through signed contracts.
• Identify and develop revenue opportunities across state agencies, counties, higher ed institutions, and other public entities.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers, budget owners, and clinical/operational leaders to secure funding.
• Define buyer, funding source, procurement requirements, and contracting pathways per opportunity.
• Lead opportunities through business case, proposal, procurement, negotiation, and contracting processes with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities where institutional investment advances broader market strategy and anchor funding.
