Kooth Digital Health is seeking a Director of Revenue Development to lead opportunities across state agencies, counties, and higher education. You will translate strategy into direct contracting opportunities, owning a revenue target while collaborating with Growth and Government Affairs leadership.

Ideally you bring a proven history of securing institutional customers, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and advancing multiple opportunities through negotiation and contracting with

Qualifications

• Proven ability to secure new funded institutional customers.
• Experience closing contracts valued at $500,000+.
• Ability to build and manage a qualified pipeline.
• Strong track record with formal proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Own and progress opportunities from development to signed contract.
• Develop revenue opportunities across state agencies, counties, large municipalities, and higher ed partners.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers and budget owners to secure funding.
• Document buyer, funding source, procurement requirements, and contracting pathway for active opportunities.
• Lead business-case development, proposals, procurement, negotiation, and contracting with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify institutional opportunities to advance broader public-sector growth.
