The New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Manager to lead the Recruitment and On-Boarding team. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and special hiring programs while advancing equitable hiring practices in partnership with DEIA and DCAS.

This role emphasizes building inclusive outreach across NYC communities and managing a team of associates and interns.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding in public sector or civil service environments.
• Familiarity with NYCAPS/eHire and DCAS processes.
• Ability to lead community outreach and build recruitment partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage daily operations of Recruitment and On-Boarding Unit.
• Represent the Agency at community job fairs and hiring events.
• Build outreach partnerships with schools, nonprofits and community organizations.
• Promote civil service exams and job postings to the community.
