Job summary

Greystone is a private national commercial real estate finance company with a reputation as a leader in multifamily and healthcare lending. We are seeking a Real Estate Counsel for our Boston team serving MBTA and MassDOT.

The attorney will draft and negotiate leases, licenses, easements, deeds and development agreements, ensure public procurement compliance, coordinate closings, and perform legal research. Strong communication and public-sector experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited school with 3+ years in commercial real estate.
• Experience drafting and reviewing leases, licenses, easements, and deeds.
• Public entity experience and knowledge of public procurement laws a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate leases, licenses, easements, deeds, and related documents.
• Coordinate closings and prepare transaction summaries.
• Perform legal research and support staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts procurement laws.
