Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, 3+ years in commercial real estate.
• Experience with leasing, conveyancing and real estate documents for public entities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate leases, licenses, easements, deeds and development agreements.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement laws and coordinate closings.
• Prepare transaction summaries, perform legal research and assist staff as needed.
