Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Marketing Manager - Public Sector to lead government-specific narrative, positioning, and enablement. You will own government buyer messaging and drive cross-functional programs from concept to scale, with a focus on FedRAMP and related frameworks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing or go-to-market experience, with public sector focus.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP and related compliance frameworks; translate into guidance.
• Ability to own strategic programs from conception to completion and influence partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Direct report or small team management experience preferred.
• Experience supporting FedRAMP/StateRAMP/GovRAMP authorizations and public sector buyers.
• Established relationships within public sector ecosystems and go-to-market motion creation.

Responsibilities

• Own public sector positioning and messaging for federal, state, local, and education segments.
• Build federal go-to-market foundations with cross-functional partners.
• Translate compliance into a sales advantage and inform timing and strategy.
• Drive launches for public sector, tailoring messaging to agency use cases and procurement realities.
• Enable sales and channel teams with battlecards and RFP/RFI content.
• Support competitive intelligence and translate insights into differentiated messaging.
• Represent Samsara at public sector events with content and thought leadership.
