Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Public Sector to own the narrative, positioning, and enablement for government buyers.

You will shape how Samsara wins in the public sector across federal, state, local, and education segments, grounded in mission outcomes. Ideal candidates understand government procurement, FedRAMP/StateRAMP, and have experience building a public sector go-to-market motion from scratch.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing to public sector / government technology
• Ability to translate compliance frameworks into go-to-market guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead as a player-coach and help build the public sector PMM foundation
• Own public sector positioning and messaging across federal, state, local, and education segments
• Define how Samsara approaches the federal market with compliant messaging and enablement
• Translate FedRAMP/StateRAMP guidance into sales enablement and content
• Drive launches for public sector with government-focused messaging and use-case alignment
• Build battlecards, RFP/RFI content, and compliant sales collateral for government deals
• Track competitors and translate insights into differentiated Samsara messaging
• Represent Samsara at public sector events and forums with content and thought leadership
