Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to extend our technical reach through a focused group of partners in the Florida Panhandle. You will be measured on partner-sourced pipeline and published assets, not activity volume.

The role requires presales experience in software and travel up to 30%. You will build trusted advisor relationships with senior technical stakeholders and co-create repeatable solutions with partners to accelerate deal cycles.

Qualifications

• Presales experience in software sector required.
• US Public Sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth with and through partners by generating and managing partner deal registrations and executing partner-tailored sales playbooks.
• Architect and maintain a Technical Engagement Plan per partner, and run quarterly read-outs with stakeholders.
• Lead hands-on technical labs and enablement sessions to raise partner technical confidence and solution fluency.
