Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in office management, purchasing, budget, personnel, or agency program area.
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university plus 2 years relevant experience (or master's/doctorate can substitute)
• Valid Florida Driver License and willingness to obtain Florida Certified Contract Manager certification within six months
• Knowledge of state systems such as FACTS, FLAIR, FL PALM, MyFloridaMarketPlace, PCard Works, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, purchasing, and personnel administration with high emotional intelligence and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities
