Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in office management, purchasing, budget, personnel, or an agency program area.
• A bachelor’s degree plus two years of related experience can substitute for the experience requirement.
• A master’s degree or doctorate can substitute for the required experience; certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing, budgeting, travel, and hiring needs for the statewide team.
• Prepare contracts, bids, and purchase orders and route accordingly.
• Provide guidance and training on policies related to purchasing, information technology, property, and personnel management.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with rules and procedures.
