Job summary

Qualifications

Knowledge of purchasing rules, property inventory, finance & accounting procedures, and budget.
Ability to prepare correspondence and administrative reports.

Ability to communicate with the public in a courteous manner.

Responsibilities

Perform fiscal and administrative duties to support the FWC Division of Law Enforcement.
Review, audit and approve p-card charges for compliance with state laws and policies.
Process purchase requisitions and invoices.
Interpret and ensure compliance with purchasing rules and agency policies.
Process contract, communication, utility and other payments to Finance and Budget Office.
Monitor expenditures and prepare budget projections.
