Job summary

The 20th Judicial Circuit of Florida, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), seeks an Applications Programmer Analyst to support court applications and Microsoft SQL Server databases. You will analyze user needs, troubleshoot issues, develop and test solutions, and create reports with Crystal Reports under guidance from senior staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, coding new modules, and assisting with new applications from design through implementation, ensuring

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, data processing, and database structure.
• Basic system security concepts.
• Basic database concepts and configuration.
• Programming concepts and at least one programming language.
• Microsoft SQL Server databases and concepts.
• Crystal Reports familiarity preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems involving AOC applications, databases, queries, stored procedures, and SQL jobs.
• Develop, modify, debug, test, and support applications using Microsoft .NET technologies under supervision.
• Create and maintain Crystal Reports based on requirements and guidance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, interfaces, and SQL jobs; maintain maintenance procedures.
• Provide technical assistance and support to team members and end users; travel to meetings/training as needed.
• Participate in development of new applications from analysis to implementation.
