Job summary

The Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking an Applications Programmer Analyst to support court technology systems. You will work with SQL Server databases, create reports, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions with .NET technologies under guidance from senior staff.

Responsibilities include design, coding, testing, documentation, and collaboration with management and vendors to ensure reliable, secure applications for Judiciary users.

Qualifications

• Basic programming concepts, data processing, and database structure.
• Basic system security concepts.
• Basic database concepts and configuration.
• Programming concepts and at least one programming language.
• Microsoft SQL Server databases and concepts.
• Crystal Reports knowledge is preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems involving AOC applications, databases, queries, stored procedures, and SQL jobs.
• Develop, modify, debug, test, and support applications using Microsoft .NET technologies under supervision.
• Create and maintain Crystal Reports based on requirements and guidance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, programming artifacts, interfaces, configuration information, SQL jobs, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide technical assistance and support to team members and end users as assigned.
• Participate in the development of new applications from analysis and design through coding, documentation, testing, and implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.
