Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Public Sector Account Executive to master SHI’s value proposition and exceed revenue and profit goals by developing strategic sales approaches and cultivating relationships with both existing and new customers.

You will identify sales opportunities, collaborate with internal support teams and external partners, and communicate SHI’s portfolio of solutions tailored to customer objectives, while building market awareness through industry events and staying

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience.
Travel to customer sites within dedicated territory.
Ability to obtain required sales/certifications within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

Master SHI’s value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals, and develop penetrating sales strategies and pricing proposals.
Cultivate relationships with existing customers and establish new ones through targeted sales techniques.
Identify and create opportunities in the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
Collaborate with sales management to identify and manage opportunities and meet targets.
Build partnerships with internal teams and external partners to drive business and joint selling initiatives.
Understand customer objectives and IT priorities to provide tailored solutions.
Position SHI’s portfolio to customers and defend SHI’s value to win new business.
Foster cross-department relationships to identify new opportunities and leverage resources.
Build market awareness through local/regional events and affiliations.
