Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs job analyses and develops or revises class specifications.
• Conducts classification and compensation analyses and surveys.
• Counsels and advises on employment, promotion, and compensation matters.
• Provides administrative support and interprets HR rules, policies, and MOUs.
• Prepares written reports, memos, and policies.
