Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's preferred.
• CPA preferred; 3+ years in attest services.
• Knowledge of GAAP/GAAS/PCAOB standards.
• Strong communication, client service and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day U.S. GAAP compilations and reporting.
• Identify accounting and reporting issues per professional guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements.
• Build client relationships and deliver superior service.
• Supervise staff with coaching; evaluate performance.
• Support professional development and recruiting activities.
• Demonstrate team collaboration and high ethical standards.
• Travel is limited but may be required.
