Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Potter County Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities is seeking a Fiscal Technician to manage financial records, process payments, and maintain accurate bookkeeping across multiple programs. Qualifications

• One year as a Fiscal Assistant; or three years of work involving financial records with accounting principles and a high school diploma; or one year maintaining fiscal records with an associate degree in accounting or business administration; or any equivalent combination.
• High school diploma or higher; or an associate degree in accounting or business administration.
• Equivalent combinations of experience and training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Financial Recording: Record and maintain fiscal documents for multiple human service programs.
• Report Preparation: Create internal and external financial reports using spreadsheets and databases.
• Payroll Processing: Process payroll, prepare vouchers, track retirement information, and file required reports.
• Accounts Payable: Input vouchers, review bills, prepare payments, and manage vendor files.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare and submit billing for Community Care Behavioral Health services.
• Purchasing Support: Order office supplies, manage equipment purchases, and oversee wireless account updates.
