This position supports early intervention, intellectual disabilities, and mental health programs by managing financial records, processing payments, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping. Administrative tasks may include reconciling bank accounts and assuming duties of other Fiscal Technicians in their absence. You will also play an essential role in keeping fiscal operations organized, compliant, and timely. As a Fiscal Technician, you will perform the following duties:

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as a Fiscal Assistant; or
• Three years of work involving the maintenance of fiscal or financial records, including one year of responsible work which involves the application of accounting or fiscal principles and practices; and graduation from high school; or
• One year of experience in maintaining and reviewing fiscal records and an associate degree in accounting or business administration; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
