Responsibilities

• Review financial records for accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Post data to general ledger accounts from subsidiary reports.
• Prepare and reconcile incoming revenue (cash, checks, and donations).
• Maintain agency payroll by posting changes and preparing reports.
• Maintain filing systems and process fiscal documents for federal, state, and county reporting.
• Use agency software and databases to complete forms, documents, and reports.
