Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year as a Fiscal Assistant, or three years of related financial records experience with accounting principles and a high school diploma.
• Or one year maintaining and reviewing fiscal records with an associate degree in accounting or business administration.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial records and processing of payments for programs.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and reconcile bank accounts.
• Assist with duties of other Fiscal Technicians in their absence to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep fiscal operations organized, compliant, and timely.
