Job summary

Hack The Box is seeking a Public Sector Field Marketing Senior Specialist to lead the field marketing strategy across federal, state, local, and education markets. You will partner with Public Sector Sales to build demand, engage priority accounts, and accelerate opportunities through ABM, digital campaigns, webinars, and events.

Fully remote (US East Coast/Central) with a global marketing team, you will define campaigns, establish KPIs, and align marketing plans with sales priorities to drive

Qualifications

• Five+ years in B2B marketing, with field marketing or ABM experience.
• Experience marketing to Public Sector audiences (federal/state/local/education).
• Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity is preferred.
• Ability to create integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of Public Sector audiences, sales cycles, procurement, and partner ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with Sales to identify priorities and accounts.
• Hands-on with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and reporting platforms like HubSpot.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the Public Sector field marketing strategy from planning to execution.
• Partner with Public Sector Sales to align plans with pipeline and objectives.
• Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns for Public Sector audiences.
• Develop targeted ABM programs for priority agencies and opportunities.
• Translate HTB value proposition for Public Sector audiences with product marketing.
• Develop pre- and post-event strategies extending conferences into demand generation.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Sales on joint programs.
• Track KPIs and provide performance insights for optimization.
