Hack The Box is seeking an experienced EMEA Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy across Europe, partnering with Sales to drive demand and pipeline. The role spans ABM, digital campaigns, events, and partner programs, with a strong focus on enterprise customers.

You will report to the Global Director of Field Marketing, build programs for CISOs and security leaders, manage budgets, and collaborate with Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Customer Marketing to

Qualifications

• Five+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing, demand generation, ABM, or integrated campaigns.
• Experience marketing enterprise SaaS or technology solutions; cybersecurity experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success building regional, multi-channel marketing programs contributing to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, ABM, buying groups, and collaboration with Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, analytics, and reporting platforms such as HubSpot.

Responsabilités

• Own the EMEA field marketing strategy from ideation to execution, measurement, and optimization.
• Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to develop quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with pipeline and revenue.
• Build integrated regional campaigns using ABM, digital programs, content, webinars, executive engagement, and partner initiatives.
• Translate global campaigns into regional programs based on market needs and priorities.
• Develop audience-specific programs for CISOs, security leaders, and buying committee members.
