Job summary

Hack The Box seeks a Partner Development Manager, Federal, to shape and manage our public sector partner ecosystem across North America. You will align with sales/marketing to enable partners and win large government tenders, focusing on resellers, GSIs, and defense contractors.

In a fully remote US role, you will drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, navigate government procurement, and advance HTB’s cyber readiness mission within federal and national security sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in sales, business development, or channel management within Federal/Defense/National Security sectors in NAMER.
• Strong understanding of cyber landscape and workforce readiness.
• Experience with government procurement vehicles and large multi-year tenders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Federal/public sector partner ecosystem across North America.
• Manage Federal resellers, GSIs, and boutique defense contractors to embed Hack The Box in their cyber practice.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to enable partners for large government tenders and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
