Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a passionate Field Account Manager for the Public Sector Field sales overlay.

You will be the primary contact between customer stakeholders and SHI, collaborating with the Account Executive team to optimize contract opportunities and ensure strong relationships across key accounts. The role focuses on managing transactional business, expanding partner networks, and serving as the contract subject-matter expert.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive revenue growth through professional services engagements.
• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
• Experience selling IT products/services on a global scale across regions.
• Strong communications and presentation skills for complex contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with customer contract stakeholders.
• Develop deep knowledge of SHI products, services, and processes.
• Manage large transactional opportunities and collaborate with partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales, Inside Sales and other SHI departments to close business.
• Educate sellers and partners on contract parameters and leverage contract terms to close deals.
• Provide temporary coverage for territories due to Account Executive transitions.
