Job summary

Scale AI is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer in the Omaha area. You will own or support a large account plan, manage day-to-day execution, and drive an excellent customer experience.

Required are an active TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in customer-facing roles delivering enterprise-scale solutions, and strong analytics and communication skills. Onsite four days/week with 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing delivery of enterprise-scale apps/solutions.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite with the customer in Omaha, NE four days per week and travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with Scale’s engineering team.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure success.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of accounts.
