Job summary

HSO, a leading Microsoft partner, is seeking a Presales Solution Architect in the United States to align Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with public sector modernization priorities. You will collaborate with sales to tailor proposals and run discovery sessions, demos, and workshops that illustrate how Microsoft technologies can address client challenges.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, architectural storytelling, and communicating complex concepts in business terms.

Qualifications

Must have proven experience selling, consulting on, implementing, or architecting Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications or related enterprise technologies for public sector
Experience with public sector organizations and government-related projects is strongly preferred
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and compelling demonstrations

Responsibilities

Develop tailored proposals and presentations connecting Microsoft technologies to public sector needs.
Collaborate with sales to understand scope, client requirements, procurement considerations, and objectives; present solutions accordingly.
Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and supporting materials to validate client needs and modernization goals.
Shape Microsoft-based capabilities for public sector clients using best practices and innovations.
Engage stakeholders across architectural, financial, and modernization domains to align solutions with business goals.
