Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience as Lead Solution Architect on large-scale international implementations.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, governance, integrations and ALM.

Responsibilities

• Drive health assessments, roadmap alignment, and release readiness with customer stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and lead strategic improvement initiatives for long-term business value.
• Act as senior engineering leader on complex, international Dynamics 365 programs and transformations.
• Define technology roadmaps and guide digital transformation across multi-country environments.
