Job summary

HSO Group B.V. is seeking a Presales Solution Architect to craft customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O proposals for manufacturing clients in the New York area. You will work with the sales team to scope work, understand client requirements, and present effective solutions.

You will demonstrate value with PoCs, develop capabilities, and engage stakeholders from architecture through technology strategy while collaborating with delivery teams. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent education in a related field.
• 5+ years selling or architecting Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications in Manufacturing.
• At least one Dynamics 365 F&O implementation with Solution Architect responsibilities.
• Expert level in at least one core Microsoft area with broad platform understanding.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting with IT, product owners, and executives.
• Prior consulting/analyst/implementation experience related to Microsoft Business Solutions.
• Willingness to travel 30%+.

Responsibilities

• Draw upon knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to create customized proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales to understand scope, client requirements, opportunities, and present solutions.
• Demonstrate value with proofs-of-concept or demonstrations aligned to client goals.
• Develop Microsoft-based capabilities for clients and outline best practices and innovations.
• Engage stakeholders from architecture to technology strategy to align with financial goals.
• Apply industry knowledge to address legacy landscape constraints and opportunities.
• Participate in product demonstrations, workshops, and PoC activities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery.
• Understand client landscape and use it to value proposed architecture.
• Stay updated on trends and competition within the Microsoft ecosystem.
